Elegant teak sideboard by the Danish manufacturer Omann Jun based on a design by Gunni Omann from the 1960s.
This version of the classic Omann sideboard convinces with its simple form as well as the many design and craftsmanship details. The frame of the corpus is particularly finely and inconspicuously executed and has a very minimalist effect. The characteristic solid wood handles of the sliding doors, which are a recurring element in other Omann designs, are striking. The sideboard has a large compartment with sliding doors and four drawers. The interior of the large compartment has a full-length shelf that can be adjusted in height via rows of holes. A special detail is the chamfered front edge of the shelf, which is made of solid wood. The pull-outs have integrated handle strips made of solid wood on the respective underside. Another special feature is that the plinth is separate and not connected to the carcase. The finely crafted feet that support the carcase are particularly eye-catching.
The sideboard is in very good condition with few signs of use.
